O R D E R

The petitioner filed WP(MD)No.1795 of 2020 and the same was disposed of with a direction. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 09.09.2018 and it was directed that it would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. Pursuant to the aforesaid direction, the impugned order dated 14.07.2020 came to be passed. The grievance of the petitioner is that the manner in which the order came to be passed constitutes contempt. He also faults the said order as incorrect.

2.I am afraid that the correctness of the said order cannot be gone into in contempt proceedings. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is for him to challenge the order dated 14.07.2020 passed by the Regional PF Commissioner-I, Madurai in the manner known to law.
