Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KHARI KHARADAS.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2116 of 2023, dated 15.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tirunelveli, twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the trial Court. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. sd/- 19/04/2023 / TRUE COPY / /04/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
