ORDER

Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit in O.S.No.104 of 2014, on the file of Additional Subordinate Court, Pudukottai, the revision petitioner / 1st defendant is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

3. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2014, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 104 of 2014, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
