ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.96 of 2016 dated 18.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that a special team has been formed for the purpose of conducting investigation and therefore, the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.96 of 2016.

4.In view of the above submission and also having regard to the nature of offences, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.96 of 2016 before the Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
