ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.1426 of 2017 dated 18.07.2017 on the file of the first respondent. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1426 of 2017 has been filed by the second respondent, against the petitioner, under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC. The case filed by the first respondent is abuse of process of law and prima facie case is made out to entertain this Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.1426 of 2017 is already completed and final report is also ready to be filed before concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

4.In the light of the said submission, at this stage, this Court cannot interfere with the investigation proceedings. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.
