O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on his representation dated 17.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation dated 17.02.2025 for taking action against one Karkulam Udayal Thaiyammal and others for the creation of Page No. 2 of 5

forged documents and the same has not been considered. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent no.2 would submit that they received the representation from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within fifteen days.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents no.1, 3 to 5 would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and they will also cooperate for enquiry.

5. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order. 6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
