This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and to complete the same within stipulated time in Crime No.39 of 2013.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the investigation has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Madurai. Therefore, the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Madurai is suo motu added as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ third respondent to this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2013 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
