This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.25 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that based on the direction issued by this Court, the present FIR has been registered and that after completing the investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram on 23.03.2016 itself.
