[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.19670/2017 dated 23.07.2019, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader has filed a status report stating that the encroachment in S.No.1699/2 has been removed. He has also produced photographs to substantiate the action taken by the respondents. As such the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful in nature.
