This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register, the case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 23.06.2015. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.06.2015, the 2nd respondent police, registered FIR in Crime No.241 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 420 IPC, on 30.07.2016.
