O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein not to interfere in civil dispute on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent Nos.3 to 5.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 5. Therefore, the respondent Nos.3 to 5 have lodged a false complaint before the second respondent Police and on that basis, the second respondent is continuously harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.348 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there was a money dispute between them and the parties also agreed to settle the matter. He would further submit that the copy of the settlement between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 5 is also enclosed along with the enquiry report.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, since nothing remains for further considerations.
