The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they have not harassed the petitioner, they have invoked the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C in L.I.R No.43/2024 before the Executive Magistrate, Alankulam, on 21.02.2024.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed.
