Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 1st Respondent herein to conduct enquiry before registering any deed with regard to Survey Numbers 412/4A, 398/10C, 381/1, 376/1B, 376/2, situated at Adhanur, Milagunatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk Thoothukudi District, and to consider the petitioners Objection Petition dated 16.10.2025 and may pass any further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.

ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry before any before registering any deed with reference to S.Nos.412/4A, 398/10C, 381/1, 376/1B and 376/2 situated at Adhanur, Milagunatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk Thoothukudi District by considering the petitioner's objection dated 16.10.2025.

2. Heard Mr.C.Suresh Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. The writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, without issuing notice to respondents 2 and 3. In view of the limited relief granted, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner

4. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. As and when any document is presented with reference to S.Nos. 412/4A, 398/10C, 381/1, 376/1B, and 376/2, the objections of the petitioner shall be considered after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as to the parties presenting such documents. It is for the Sub-Registrar to decide the objections in the manner known to law.

ii. No costs.
