After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to challenge the final report, that is to be filed by the first respondent Police and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the final report is ready and is soon to be filed before the concerned Court.
