2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the chief examination of the complainant, who is the petitioner herein was undertaken on 10.06.2019. After that there is no progress in this matter. It appears that the Presiding Officer post is kept vacant.

3.Let the in-charge officer take up the trial process in S.T.C.No. 252 /2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, (Magistrate Level) Madurai, and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
