RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Hon`ble Court on 23.07.2020 in Cr.M.P.No.3676/2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6657 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court, by order dated 23.07.2020, in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.3676 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6657 of 2020, extended the time to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) by way of Demand Draft, in favour of 'The Dean, Thanjavur Medical College and Hospital. Thanjavur', on or before 07.07.2020.

2. However, according to the petitioner, he was affected by Covid-19 positive he was not able to comply the order, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court, vide order, dated 23.07.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3676 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4680 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6657 of 2020, is extended by two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. sd/- 21/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
