O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.

2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.14 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, against the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2021 so far no final report has been filed before the concerned Court and prays to quash the FIR.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, through e-filing process by including the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC against the petitioners. But it has not been processed so far. 4.There shall be a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, to process the final report filed by the respondent 2/4

police in this case within the stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
