RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.6552 of 2020 dated 24.06.

2020 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KALAIYARASI BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.

2. This Court, by an order dated 24.06.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.6552 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is substantially completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 26/08/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
