ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992, in Crime No.320 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity with regard of operation of Cable T.V., the petitioners cut Cable T.V. wire belonging to the de facto complainant and caused damage to the tune of Rs.2,000/-. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and due to business motive, a false case has been foisted against the petitioners and they are in judicial custody from 31.05.2016. The petitioners are ready to deposit the said sum of Rs.2,000/-.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 31.05.2016 and also considering the fact the petitioners are willing and ready to deposit Rs.2,000/- before the Court below, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Crime No.320 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
