ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w Sections 34 and 506(1) IPC in Crime No.7 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner's counsel submitted that transaction was only between the petitioner's wife and the defacto complainant, but the petitioner's wife has now passed away. It is further alleged by the petitioner that money has been actually entrusted to one Reshma Davood in Chennai.
3.Now, investigation is going on. Since the case is relating to Job racketing, this Court has to view this matter seriously. This Court is of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
