PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 26.03.2017 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint dated 26.03.2017 before the respondents. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking aforesaid relief. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed with an advise to the parties to approach the concerned Civil Court. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has disputed the said fact and contended that the nature of the allegation made in the complaint would attract the commission of offence.

4.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
