ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection, on the basis of the representation dated 16.06.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.175 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely a civil dispute between the parties and so, they were advised to workout their remedy before the concerned civil Court. The 3rd respondent has also given a statement to that effect. On that basis, it was closed on 29.06.2021 and a copy of the closure report has been circulated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8472 of 2021 to this Court. On that ground, the matter has been listed today under the caption for dismissal.

3.Considering the fact that it is a civil dispute between the parties and proper advise appears to have given by the Enquiry Officer to the parties, directing the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings before the concerned civil Court, this petition stands disposed of as seeking of police protection is not proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
