O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the Writ Petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 04.03.2026 made in W.P(MD)No.5360 of 2026.

2.It is the contention of the petitioner that he was declared as the successful bidder and without impleading him as a party to the Writ Petition, the first respondent has obtained the impugned order, whereby the entire tender notification has been quashed.

3.Heard Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. 1/3

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is the successful bidder and a necessary party to the Writ Petition, we are of the view that leave deserves to be granted.
