RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time granted in CRL OP (MD) No. 6126/2021 on 29.04.2021 for a further Period of four Weeks from the dated of resumption of normal work in the Honourable Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli to surrender and to produce sureties before the Hon'ble Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.M.MADASAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(criminal side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6126 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation this petition is allowed and the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
