2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBIN0000898, MICR Code No.625002601, within a period of one week from the date of 2/4
