..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to send necessary proposal to the first respondent for regularizing the services of the Petitioner from 2.8.1994 in the Junior Assistant Cadre with further promotion as Assistant and Deputy Tahsildar along with all other consequential service benefits including monetary benefits together with interest due thereon within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to send necessary proposal to the first respondent for regularizing the services of the Petitioner from 2.8.1994 in the Junior Assistant Cadre with further promotion as Assistant and Deputy Tahsildar along with all other consequential service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

benefits including monetary benefits together with interest due thereon within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the Petitioner's service has been regularized and with regard to promotion aspect, his case would be considered, if he possess the necessary qualification to be considered for promotion.

4.In view of the above said submission, no further order is required in respect of Petitioner's request for regularization. Insofar as the Petitioner's request for promotion is concerned, if the Petitioner possess the necessary qualification as required, the Petitioner's case may be considered, if he comes within the zone of consideration. The promotion already made shall not be disturbed.

5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is partly allowed. No costs.
