PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent not to register any document with regard to the property of the petitioner in Jamin Pimas No.274/7, 274/8 and new Survey No.181,191,194 and 198 of Edayakottai Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul, by considering the objections of the petitioner dated 13.07.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent not to register any document with regard to the property in Jamin Pimas No.274/7, 274/8, New S.No.181, 191, 194 and 198 situated at Edayakottai Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul. 2.According to the petitioner, though he made a representation dated 13.07.2020 with the relief sought for in the prayer, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra.

3.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that as on date no document has been presented before the respondent for registering the same with regard to the petition mentioned property. Therefore, the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would not arise at this juncture. Hence, he prays before this Court that the writ petition ought to be dismissed.

W.P.(MD) No.10028 of 2020 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is liable to be rejected on the ground that the petitioner has approached this Court at a premature stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy at a later stage, if necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
