O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection for the life and liberty of the petitioner and their staff as stated in the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the school is originally belonged to Church of South India Trust Association (CSITA). The petitioner is running the school as lessee. 1/3

Since the fourth respondent, who is the former caretaker of the school caused interference, the petitioner lodged complaints on 11.01.2022, 22.02.2022, 10.03.2022, 22.04.2022 and 07.05.2022. Since no action was taken on the said complaints, this Criminal Original Petition was filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the latest complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.05.2022 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents police are directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no favourable direction is given in favour of the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
