This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil disputes and not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Based on the false complaint by the third respondent, the second respondent herein is continuously harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and the complaint was closed on 14.06.2021.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, since no direction is required.
