The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2524 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.242 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is seen from the records that this Court while suspending the sentence vide order dated 26.02.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit 75% of the compensation amount on or before 26.03.2025 and posted the matter on 27.03.2025 for reporting compliance and when the matter was taken up on 27.03.2025, at request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 04.04.2025 and on 04.04.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that they have filed extension petition and hence, the matter is posted today (07.04.2025).

3. Considering the reasons assigned, time is extended till 21.04.2025 and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 26.02.2025 on or before 21.04.2025. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
