This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.2975 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.290 of 2025, dated 03.04.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 1/4
10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of 40 days.
3.Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.2975 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.290 of 2025, dated 03.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
