ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an extension of the time granted in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18770 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.13356 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025, on the file of this Court.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that they were unable to arrange sureties and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18770 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.13356 of 2025. Accordingly, the time granted in 2/4

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18770 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.13356 of 2025 is extended by a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
