O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to consider the representation, dated 14.03.2023 given by the petitioner herein. 2.Heard Mr.S.Sivaprakash, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader assisted by Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhian, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, it had been stated that the petitioner is residing at Gullapuram Village in Periyakulam Taluk and that there are two Temples, Sri Mandu Karuppasamy and Sri Bhagavathy Amman Temple, and there are festivals to be conducted in the Temples. It had been stated that in view of various quarrels among the community people, an FIR in Cr.No.102 of 2022 had been registered 2/5

on 31.05.2022. A further FIR in Cr.No.103 of 2022 had also been registered on 02.06.2022. Yet another FIR in Cr.No.104 of 2022 was again registered on 02.06.2022.

4.It is thus seen that the quarrels have taken a violent turn and there had been necessity to register three FIRs. In view of all these facts, the Revenue Divisional Officer at Theni had issued necessary proceedings under Sections 145 of Code of Criminal Procedure. That order stands. That order still stands. That has not been questioned by the petitioner herein. The petitioner had given a representation to consider his request to conduct the festivals. But that request cannot be examined pending the order, dated 27.02.2023 in MC.No.12/ 2022/A4, whereby, an order under Section 145 Cr.P.C., had been passed by the authority concerned.

5.No relief can be granted in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
