Prayer in WP(MD). 21250/ 2015 :(Common Prayer) Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue (*)Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the registration letter dated 04.06.2015 appears to be submitted by the petitioner, and the approval granted by the 2nd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1903/Aa1/2015 dated 07.07.2015, quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 5 to to permit the petitioner to continuously work as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent school namely R.C. Primary School, Chemparuthivillai, Kanyakumari District and disburse her grant-in-aid towards her salary and all other monetary benefits.
