ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.K.BASKARAPANDIAN, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.S.MICHEAL HELDON KUMAR, Advocate for Caveator on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the writ appeal.

4.Though the learned counsel for the respondent sought to contend that there is no merit in the writ appeal, such contention is to be considered and decided only when hearing the writ appeal. 5.Now, the present petition has been filed to condone the delay of 74 days and we are satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit.
