This Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.79 of 2021.

2. The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.79 of 2021 has approached this Court that the trial is pending for the past 3 years.

3. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

4. Considering the fact that the C.C. has been filed in the year 2021 and is pending for the past three years, this Criminal Original Peition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose the case in C.C.No. 79 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.
