ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the Condition No.9(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.18398 of 2025, dated 24.02.2026.
2. According to the petitioners, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18398 of 2025, this Court, by order dated 24.02.2026, directed them to cancel the gift deed executed by the first petitioner in favour of the second petitioner, i.e., Document No.5339 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024, and further to submit an undertaking that they would not deal with the said property.
3. On perusal of the aforesaid condition, this Court is of the view that the said condition would affect the rights of the parties and may also have a bearing on the trial Court while dealing with the main case. Hence, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition No.9(b) in the order, dated 24.02.2026. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
