ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No. 20 of 2023 on the file of the first Respondent Police and quash the same.

2.Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2023 has been completed, final report was made ready on 23.03.2023 and the same will be presented before the concerned Court within a short time.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be direction to the first respondent police to file final report before the concerned Court, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings. 2/4

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
