ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.68 of 2025, dated 07.01.2025 by (*)the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi District and consequently to direct the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard Mr.K.Palmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent - Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.2 imposed on the petitioner by (*)the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi District Crl.M.P.No.68 of 2025, vide order, dated 07.01.2025

4. Accordingly, the condition No.2 imposed by (*)the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi District in Crl.M.P.No.68 of 2025 vide order, dated 07.01.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Virudhunagar District daily at 10.00 am for a period of 15 days. The other conditions shall hold good. 2/3
