2. It appears that enquiry had already commenced. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Oddanchatram to dispose D.V.C.No.5 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above direction. No costs.
