O R D E R
This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.60 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District. 2.The petitioner is the accused. The complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, has been filed against the petitioner. This quash petition has been filed on the ground that the Complainant signed the sworn statement, after the cognizance was taken and on the ground that this is the case of abuse of process of Court. This Court does not find any ground to quash the complaint. It is left to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below.
3.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District, to dispose of S.T.C.No.60 of
2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance after the completion of the proceedings. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
