This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner life and limb and also to carry out the building construction work in his house at Survey No.43/6 part, 178/23 situated in Chakkimangalam Bit II Village, Madurai East Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9193 of 2020 complaint of the petitioner has been received by the third respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.G4/1731/18148/2020, dated 13.07.2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
