ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the offence as made out in the complaint in Crime No.19 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner sustained grievous injury and was discharged from the hospital, the third respondent had simply ignored to include the penal provisions in the First Information Report in Crime No.19 of 2023 that was filed against the accused persons.

3. The third respondent is directed to record the statement of the Doctor, who has given treatment to the petitioner. Depending upon the opinion to be given by the Doctor, further investigation may be undertaken by the third respondent.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
