PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.394 of 2019 To call for the records relating to the Judgment dated 17.07.2019 made in SC.No.337 of 2015 passed by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and set aside the same and acquit the accused by allowing this appeal.
