ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 423, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.9 of 2017 seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner was the power agent of one Sankara Narayanan and two others. The said Sankara Narayanan passed away in the year 2014. But, even after his death, the petitioner proceeded to act on the power of attorney by falsely representing that the Principal Sankara Narayanan is still alive. In this regard, he has also produced a false life-certificate. Further, he had plotted out the land and sold many plots and he has not handed over any amount to the defacto complainant.

3.Taking into account the serious allegations of the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
