Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions from the third respondent submitted that survey No.59/1B has been classified as road and survey No.59/8 has been classified as Anadeenam in the village accounts. If that be so, the third respondent is directed to formally communicate the same to the petitioners. This shall be done immediately so that the petitioners can challenge the same in the manner known to law. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
