ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.06.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 436 IPC and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.363 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.06.2016 for the occurrence tookplace on 08.08.2015 and based on the confession of the co-accused, he has been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody from 01.06.2016. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there was a fire accident in the office of Thiruppuvanam Panchayat Union and due to that records and computers were destroyed. On complaint, case has been registered and on investigation it is found that the petitioner has involved in the offence. Investigation is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the facts that the occurrence tookplace on 08.08.2015 and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 01.06.2016, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.
