2. Till date, First Information Report has not been registered. This Court suggested to the petitioner that he can handover the jewels to purchase peace and to enable this Court to grant any relief. The conduct of the petitioner is not encouraging. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss this Criminal Original petition.
