ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register First Information Report on the basis of the complaints preferred by the petitioner on 30.12.2015, 21.01.2016, 28.03.2016 and 17.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given various complaints on 30.12.2015, 21.01.2016, 28.03.2016 and 17.05.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by

the petitioner dated 17.05.2016, a case in Crime No.404 of 2016 under Section 379 IPC has been registered.

5. If the petitioner is in need of any other relief in respect of any other occurrence, it is open to him to file separate applications.

The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
