Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARAVINDRAJ R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition and permit to common sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4677 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that "the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court, Trichy) on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed", instead of petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court, Trichy) on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.
